We have successfully built our Spit Braai Catering business through the years because we only use Premium Quality Ingredients and Freshest Produce. However, our meat gets hand-picked by our Spitbraai Chef, and he chooses only the most tender and utmost quality of meat to serve with our Secret Basting Sauce.
Once the protein has been selected, early every other morning we found our selves at the Fresh Produce Market. Hand picking only the best and freshest produce for the day. In conclusion, we say: “if it is frozen, it’s Not Fresh”
