Firstly, the Spit Roast Wedding Menu consist of Spit Roasted Meat combined with a more traditional touch of wedding food to fit the occasion.

Most importantly, in the Spit Roast Wedding Menu we only Spit Roast the Prime cuts like Leg of Lamb and the Beef Rump. It is the more expensive cuts, however, we are able to Carve & Shave the meat it into nice evenly thin slices.
